Modern Ranch

Contemporary design meets the small-town ranch lifestyle in this modern 2 story home. The client wanted to have control of the home from his Los Angeles office, so we installed a Crestron control system which allows viewing of the property remotely. The Creston control system enables monitoring and control of heating/cooling, lighting, powered shades and security. Stone veneers were sourced from a quarry in the California Desert, and cover the fireplaces as well as the expansive pool decks.
