Santa Barbara

An old 1930’s structure was removed to make way for this unique home. Working closely with the owner, we created a fantasy of old world style on a small corner lot in mid-town Santa Barbara. Great effort was put into every detail to make the most of this small but functional space. The result is a very livable space which extends out to the courtyard, complete with fountain and Koi pond.
